The best aromatic herbs: rosemary, thyme, and basil are selected and infused in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Stone-ground flours are used and the dough rests for 12 hours then it is slowly baked to maintain the nutrients. An extra thin and crunchy cracker is created so you can enjoy them alone or preferably, with hummus, Iberian sausages, and creamy cheeses.
