Artisan Crafted Red Pepper, Cumin and Olive Oil Crackers--Vegan, Handcrafted in Spain
Only the best red peppercorns are selected and turned into a fine grain just before baking to maintain their aromas. The cumin in grain is crushed without turning it completely into powder, to maintain its aroma and properties. Both Red pepper and Cumin, give an intense, slightly spicy flavor to the crackers, and together with the extra virgin olive oil, they become an exceptional quality trio.
For the crackers, Stone-ground flour is used and the dough rests for 12 hours then it is slowly baked to maintain the nutrients. An extra thin and crunchy cracker is created so you can enjoy them alone or preferably, with hummus, Iberian sausages, and creamy cheeses.
