Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. combine all packages with one (12 oz.) can of beer (room temperature). Blend well. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan (9x5x4-inch). Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over the top of the batter. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until bread begins to pull away from sides of the pan. yield one loaf.
