Beer Bread- Cheddar Bacon Beer Bread Mix
This is our classic beer bread with basil and Parmesan cheese.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. combine all packages with one (12 oz.) can of beer (room temperature). Blend well. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan (9x5x4-inch). Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over the top of the batter. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until bread begins to pull away from sides of the pan. yield one loaf. Note: you can substitute ginger ale or club soda for the 12 oz. (room temperature) beer.
