Moroccan Lemon Puree Spread
Preserved lemon puree adds flavor to everything from tagines, stews, braised dishes, sauces, and aioli, to vegetables, salads, pasta, sandwiches, wraps, meats, poultry, seafood, and cocktails.
It is great for sweet and savory baking and so easy to use. Spread on toast, sandwiches, and wraps. Mix in salad dressings. Marinate or Rub on meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables before cooking. (This is not like Lemon Curd and is a savory mixture used for cooking)
