Plum & Fennel Chutney
Inspired by trips to Morocco, this jam has succulent plums slowly simmered with fresh apples, and raisins and Moroccan-inspired blend of Ras El Hanout spices. This creates a beautifully rich, fruity, and exotic chutney.
Delicious with aged Cheddar or Spanish Manchego cheese, spooned atop roast duck breast, or stir-fried with tofu and vegetables.
