This mustard was created for a local seafood company that wanted wasabi mustard topped salmon filet on a cedar plank. It took off from there and quickly became one of our featured flavors. Very popular with our hunting/fishing customers. 12 oz.

Pilsudski Mustard was founded in the late 1970s by Mike Marcinko's great grandmother Betty who named the company after General Jozef Pilsudski from the Polish Army. The first flavor of mustard she created was the Polish Style Mustard with Horseradish and it is still the best-selling flavor even today.
