- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dutch processed cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Blood Orange EVOO
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar (Cranberry, Cherry Almond, or Blackberry)
- 1 cup water OR red wine
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix directly in an 8x8 pan with a small whisk to reach into the corners.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or plain!
