Shipping Policy:
Order Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-5 days to process before they are shipped out.
Shipment Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at the address provided during checkout.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to physical addresses within the Continental US, including PO boxes. Please note that each order can only be shipped to a single address.
Shipping Carriers: We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver your orders. We are not responsible for carrier delays and/or handling procedures.
Delivery Time: Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days or less (it may be longer during the holiday season), depending on the delivery address and the store location it is shipped from. If your order contains an out-of-stock item, we will contact you via email or phone to provide an estimated in-stock date or suggest alternative options.
Shipping Charges: We offer flat-rate shipping for orders within the Continental United States. The charges will be displayed at checkout.
Contact Information: We require your accurate contact information, including phone number and email address, to handle any product back-orders or delivery issues. Your email address will also be used to send order confirmations and shipment tracking details. Rest assured, your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Notification can be sent via email or phone but is subject to confirmation in writing.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

Package Protection: By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying an additional fee of 3% of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed via store credit for the same product as previously ordered.
To file a claim, contact us at info@oliveandbasket.com with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem. Include photos of damaged items, if applicable, and use the subject line: "Package Protection Order ####". We will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
If you declined Package Protection and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly. Package Protection does not cover shipments with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
