Bright Flavor !

Made this into a glaze/reduction using Olive & Basket's Tangerine White Balsamic and butter for grilled halibut. It was phenomenal ! Made a salsa with citrus sections, avocado, cilantro, scallion and fresno red chile to complete the dish. This jelly would be great on a charcuterie plate as well or on avocado toast with micro greens if you like a little sweet and hot with savory ! Love all the jams, jellies and preserves at O & B !

This Jelly is Amazing!

We use this jelly on pork, it's especially nice with a pork loin. It's also a really easy and delicious party appetizer simply by pouring it over cream cheese and serving it with your favorite crackers.

Meyer Lemon EVOO and Mango Pulp Vinegar make the all time best salad dressing. Used the tangerine hot pepper jelly over cream cheese tonight and it was a big hit.
