Using only premium ingredients like Cacao Barry chocolate, European butter, and organic, locally sourced additions, MECHA’s creations are crafted with a focus on fair trade and sustainability. Melissa and her team collaborate with local artisans and farmers to bring unique barks, caramels and ganaches to the city.
