Lady Joseph was a lover of pure cocoa, which is why she dedicated time to obtaining quality cocoa, full of aromas and nuances with which to make an extra-fine and crunchy cookie. The cookies have an intense cocoa flavor.
Handcrafted with extra virgin olive oil in our bakery in Spain (La Rioja). Extra Thin and Crunchy Cookies. Enjoy them accompanied by a good black tea, or coffee, or as an accompaniment to any pastry cream.
Natural, artisan, without any additives or colorants, and with Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Delicate, extra fine, and crunchy texture.
Ingredients: Wheat four, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, pasteurized egg, cocoa nibs, yeast, and cinnamon. Shelf life: 14 months.
