Crafted in just 15 minutes, this vibrant salad showcases a delightful medley of fresh herbs, crisp cucumbers, red onions, tangy feta cheese, and the star of the show—flaky tuna. But here's the secret to its magnificence: our Herbs de Provence Olive Oil, Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar, and a sprinkle of Smoky Citrus Salt. These exceptional ingredients take it to a whole new level!
3 Tablespoons Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Meyer Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
½ Teaspoon Smoky Citrus Salt
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped dill
3 Tablespoons fresh chopped flat parsley
2 medium avocados, cubed
1 cup English cucumber, chopped
1 cup sliced red onions
2 cans solid white tuna, drained and flaked
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese plus extra for garnish
4-6 cups romaine (chopped) or spring mix
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt, and fresh herbs together in a large bowl.
Add to the bowl the remaining ingredients except for the greens. Toss the mixture gently.
Place greens on a large platter and top with the mixture. Garnish with the extra feta cheese. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
