I had some Swiss chard show up in my South Mountain Creamery delivery and needed to figure out what to do with it. Threw it in a pan with some beans and olive oil—and it turned out so good. Super simple, healthy, and honestly... perfect with a glass of red wine.

1 large bunch of chard, washed
2 tablespoons Garlic & Butter Olive Oil
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and Pepper for taste
Chop leaves of chard.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped chard, toss well, and cook until leaves start to wilt about 6 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the beans and gently mix together. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve on a baguette, over rice, or as a side dish.
