About the Maker
The Valente Family has been handcrafting artisanal pasta in Charlottesville, Virginia since 1982 following our Italian grandmother’s recipe. Valente Market pasta is made traditionally; it is mixed, rolled, cut, and air-dried.
Our non-GMO plant-based pasta ingredients are hard spring wheat flour, vegetable powders, herbs, seasonings, and water. There are NO eggs, soy, dairy, nuts, or fish in our facility. Our flour is grown and milled in the United States.
