Sea Salt from Guérande (France) and Olive Oil Crackers
Guérande salt is one of the highest-quality salts in the world. With an unmistakable grayish color, this salt comes from Guérande, a peninsula from which it receives its name and which is located on the Atlantic coast of the historic region of Brittany (France). It is a natural sea salt rich in mineral salts and trace elements, unrefined, without additives, and dried in the sun. It is harvested manually by the Paludiers who, generation after generation, harvest by hand in the same way as it was done in the s. XIX.
For the crackers, Stone-ground flour is used and the dough rests for 12 hours then it is slowly baked to maintain the nutrients. An extra thin and crunchy cracker is created so you can enjoy them alone or preferably, with hummus, Iberian sausages, and creamy cheeses.
Shelf-life: 14 months. Handcrafted in Spain and maintaining the same recipe as Lady Joseph created in 1926. 3.5 oz.
