I was born in Cleveland so I believe I can be the best judge for this sauce. It is a rich, not too sweet, mustard sauce great for chicken. Not sure if I would put it on ribs. I put a very similar sauce on my corned beef brisket on St. Patty's day so I'm looking forward to trying The Clevelander instead.
