What is a Tapenade? It originated in France and is a name for a spread, condiment, and culinary element composed of puréed or finely chopped olives, capers, and anchovies. However, today you will see various versions of tapenades.
If you ask me, Tapenade is so underappreciated, but then again I love 💖olives!!

I listed below 👇 the many ways to use Tapenade
🥄 Create your own version of a Caprese salad with roasted red peppers, fresh basil, olive tapenade, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
🥄 Make a cold pasta salad with veggies and use the tapenade as the dressing with lemon juice.
🥄 Add it to your avocado toast.
🥄 Add to bread dough and bake for an amazing olive loaf.
🥄 Add a couple of tablespoons to Egg Salad Sandwich in the place of relish.
🥄 Mix the tapenade with hummus and place on pita bread topped with some arugula.
🥄 Spread on crackers, pita chips, crackers, or bread.
🥄 Stuff Portobello mushrooms with the tapenade.
🥄 Mix this in with Tuna Salad for sandwiches.
🥄 Use as a sandwich spread. Add a little mayo to make it creamier.
