Craving a fall salad?
6 cups salad (mix greens, spinach, or arugula)
2 red apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
4-6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
¼ cup Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Toss greens, apples, walnuts, feta, bacon, and cranberries together in a large bowl.
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients or pop them into a jar and shake it like you mean it. Toss with the salad right before serving for the freshest flavor. Enjoy!
