Maple Bourbon Roasted Brussels Sprouts are the perfect mix of sweet, savory, and just a little smoky. It’s a cozy fall side dish that’ll have even the biggest Brussels sprouts skeptics coming back for more!

The perfect fall recipe!
1 ½ pounds Brussel Sprouts
2 tablespoons Hickory Smoked Olive Oil
2 tablespoons + extra Maple Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
salt & black pepper
shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
chopped bacon to garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F
Trim Brussels sprouts and cut in half if they are large.
In a large bowl, toss Brussel sprouts with olive oil, balsamic and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper and place Brussel sprouts on a baking sheet, flat side down.
Roast 20-25 minutes or until Brussels are tender. If you adding shredded parmesan cheese— add during last 5 minutes of roasting.
Perfect side dish for pork chops!
