Grilled Peaches and Burrata Salad

Grilled Peaches and Burrata Salad with Basil EVOO & Honey Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

A wonderful way to use our new Honey Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar...and celebrate summer!
Heat Grill to medium/high heat.
Cut peaches in half. Remove stone. Brush flat side with olive oil.
Place flat side of peaches on grill. Grill for 2-4 minutes until slightly charred with grill marks. Remove peaches from heat and slice into wedges.
On a large plate or platter assemble salad. Arrange peaches, burrata, and prosciutto on platter. Garnish with basil leaves.
Mix remaining olive oil and vinegar together. Drizzle over salad. Add salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
