Oven Roasted Nashville Hot Chicken
In most authentic Nashville Hot Chicken recipes, the chicken is deep fried. Like most people, we enjoy a nice, hot piece of fried chicken. Our goal, however, is to prepare and enjoy our favorite meals in a healthier way.
With our Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning, we added a burst of flavor and heat to this basic recipe for crispy baked chicken. Traditionally served with bread, pickles, and a cayenne oil paste, we opted for a green salad and drizzled olive oil over the top.
