I’ve been making this a lot lately.
Greens, strawberries, chicken… olive oil and vinegar.
That’s what I’ve been eating.
I used Strawberry White Balsamic and Rosemary Olive Oil for this one.

I’ve been making this a lot lately. Greens, strawberries, chicken, olive oil and vinegar.
That’s what I’ve been eating.
I used Strawberry White Balsamic and Rosemary Olive Oil for this one.

Salad
6 cups mixed greens
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 avocado, cut into chunks
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
⅓ cup toasted walnuts (optional)
Dressing
⅓ cup Strawberry White Balsamic Vinegar
⅓ cup Rosemary Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add the greens to a large bowl.
Top with strawberries, chicken, avocado, feta, and walnuts if you’re using them.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Strawberry White Balsamic, Rosemary Olive Oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle over the salad and toss gently.
