Our white balsamic condiment is crafted in Modena, Italy. A sweet-tart, golden vinegar with floral aromas, complex flavor, and a balanced acidity softened by exposure to oak.

Uses-

  • Add it to a pan after searing meats to de-glaze, or
  • Drizzle on fruit or fruit salad
  • Add to soups
  • Substitute white balsamic with white wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar
  • Salad dressing

Suggested Pairings- Any olive oil

Wonderful vinegar

I usually buy an 8 year aged white condiment vinegar in France when ever I visit Brémond Fils in Provence, but have not been able to find anything comparable here in the States until this vinegar. Very similar in taste, I’m so glad I found it. Only vinegar I use for salads, on top of fruit salad and accompanies well with fresh fish.
