One of our favorites. This pasta has the rich and subtle flavors of Italy. Follow the recipe on the package or make your own. A cute little hostess gift also!

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, dried basil, dried roasted garlic, and water

Each 12 oz. bag is hand packed. Store in a cool dry place. Made in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this pasta is rolled, cut, air-dried, and hand-packed in a single allergen facility. 

About the Maker

The Valente Family has been handcrafting artisanal pasta in Charlottesville, Virginia since 1982 following our Italian grandmother’s recipe. Valente Market pasta is made in the traditional way; it is mixed, rolled, cut, and air-dried.

Our non-GMO plant-based pasta ingredients are hard spring wheat flour, vegetable powders, herbs, seasonings, and water. There are NO eggs, soy, dairy, nuts, or fish in our facility. Our flour is grown and milled in the United States.

Simply amazing service and delicious!!

We love coming here as a family, the owner is so sweet and helpful! The Tuscan seasoning really andds a punch to our sauces and oils. But their mango vinegar and raspberry chocolate balsamic is very decadent and out extended families favorite. The pasta was also amazing. 10/10!
