Ingredients: Unrefined sea salt, sun-dried tomato, honey powder, cayenne, garlic, vinegar powder, crushed red pepper
Sriracha Buttered Shrimp
2 TBS unsalted butter, softened
2 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Sriracha Salt
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb shrimp, deveined and shell removed
1 TBS lemon zest
1 lemon, quartered
In a medium sized sauté pan over low heat, add butter and Sriracha Salt. Allow the butter to melt and stir to combine. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes or just until they are opaque. Add lemon zest and serve with lemon wedges.
