Spinach Salad With Fruit and Blood Orange Vinaigrette

Spinach Salad With Fruit and Blood Orange Vinaigrette- Salad For Two
This salad is timeless whether it's fall or summer: it has the perfect vinaigrette for any occasion! I love this salad so much that I'm making it for the holidays—you should too!
2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
½ cup Seedless Red Grapes, halved
4 oz. Mandarin oranges, drained
2 Tbsps. Walnuts, toasted and chopped
¼ cup Feta Cheese (or Goat Cheese will work too)
1 Green onion, chopped
¼ cup Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Spiced Pear White Balsamic Vinegar (or try Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except for the oil and vinegar.
Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar (or place both in a mason jar and give it a good shake)
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss until coated. Add salt and pepper for taste if needed.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
