This is such a delicate delicious burst of flavor. The peach is absolutely beautiful and the vinegar tang is mild and well-balanced with the sweetness. I love adding a couple tablespoons to my sparkling water for a refreshing drink. Absolutely heavenly on Greek yogurt or fresh mozzarella. I will definitely order more!

I have been making my own homemade BBQ sauce for years. The one I get asked to make the most is made with this peach vinegar, and I make it every year on Thanksgiving instead of turkey. I honestly don't know of anywhere else to get a product like this, it really is the secret ingredient in most of my BBQ sauces. Give it a try, I promise you won't be disappointed. Chances are you will have people asking for the recipe for whatever you used it in.
