The Meyer Lemon olive oil aroma itself is wonderful. The flavor is even better. I’ve made my own salad dressings with this combined with one of the vinegars plus herbs, salt, and pepper. I’ve also cooked fish with it. I’m thinking about using it for some baking where lemon is called for instead of vegetable oil. If you like lemon...you should try this oil.
