Amazing basil oil

We used this basil oil in a recipe Olive & Basket posted (basil citrus grilled chicken), it was amazing. We also use this oil on our caprese salads, it's delicious!!

When you're outta basil...

The hubs and I put together tomatoes, basil, and burrata mozzarella as a side dish or salad close to twice a week. We also stuff cherry tomatoes with the basil and burrata as appetizers when we entertain. Fresh basil doesn't last very long, and with COVID still in the picture, we try to limit our grocery runs to once a week. When your basil goes bad, use Olive & Basket's wonderful basil oil instead of regular EVOO. It is richly infused with real basil, and it tastes absolutely wonderful, like the real thing. I've yet to use it in another dish, but I plan to. This oil is, as are all their products, stellar.
