Let's dive into how you can recreate this flavorful meal in your own kitchen.
2 cups chicken (rotisserie or leftover cooked chicken) shredded or chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup green onions, chopped
½ cup grapes (green or red), quartered
½ cup sliced almonds
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence Seasoning (or use fresh herbs)
2 tablespoons Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Lavender Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large bowl, add chicken, celery, onion, grapes, and almonds.
For the dressing. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, Herbs de Provence seasoning, olive oil and vinegar. Whisk until combined.
Pour the dressing over the mixture in the large bowl. Gently combine. Add salt and pepper as needed.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve on a bed of greens, as an appetizer with crackers, or on bread.
